Dishonest I took my 2012 jeep to get the heater fixed, they first lost my car then told me it would be 1300 to fix. Service department is very poor. The service department of Frontier is pretty bad. I purchased a new 2500 on July 5. Ordered a BakFlip bed cover to go on it as well as AMP running b The service department of Frontier is pretty bad. I purchased a new 2500 on July 5. Ordered a BakFlip bed cover to go on it as well as AMP running boards and bed step. When the Bakflip came in, it was the wrong one. Three weeks later, the correct one came in after I had to force the issue with the service department (this was an $800.00 purchase). The headliner started coming down around the sun roof. I took it in for service. They took pictures of the problem and told me they would have to get Chrysler to approved the repair. Over a week passed before I had to call them about a status. They told me it was approved and they would call me when it was in for me to schedule an appointment. Another two weeks passed, they had not called. I called and they said "Didn't we call you to schedule?". I scheduled for the following week. I dropped the truck off at 7:30 a.m. and was given a ride back to work. I was told it would be ready by the end of the day. I received a phone call around 4:00 p.m. saying that "We had a scheduling problem and will have to keep it another day." My salesman provided me a loaner. The vehicle was finally ready the next afternoon around 4:00 p.m. On my way home, the headliner popped off again. I sent my salesman a text. The next day the service department called me to bring it back in. I waiting for it about 20 minutes and thought everything was fixed. This past weekend, the headliner is coming loose again. I tried calling the service department this morning and was transferred 5 times by the operator and then the line went dead as if they hung up on me. More

Mike is patient, and willing to keep showing you cars till you find the one you want. Be sure you ask for Mike Perez for great customer service. Jacob Newman, is a finance manager and is quick and very thorough. He made sure everything was understood, and gave some excellent advice for our next purchase. I definitely will be back!!! They also have a promotion *season passes for 2 to the Texas Tech home games* going on at this time which im sure will be ending soon so hurry up and go see these guys! More

I believe whole-heartedly that they just simply didn't want to deal with my car because it requires work to figure out what is wrong with it. I feel the service area is shady! I have made it a point to tell everyone I know about my experience and encourage them to not go there. I feel it was assumed that I would let it go simply because they say it's ok when it is apparent something is wrong with my new car. Very dissappointing to be told that "if there's not a light on, they can't diagnose anything." So unless the issue is obvious, it's a lost cause to go there.... I could go on and on about how ridiculous the reasons were that they gave me for not fixing my car, but I will only get frustrated all over again! I will never give them business again. More
Tried to scam I recently purchased a Dodge Journey. I visited our local dealership here in lubbock. Frontier Dodge. And after test driving and doing all the preli I recently purchased a Dodge Journey. I visited our local dealership here in lubbock. Frontier Dodge. And after test driving and doing all the preliminary deals the finance person came up with a whopper. 3k down $680 a month for 72 months for a financing ~$28,000. Do the math, and that's over $50,000 dollars for the vehicle. At 18% interest!!! I couldn't believe it. I figured my credit had to be completely terrible. But I called Dodge City of Mckinney, Texas hoping it wasn't true. The first deal they showed me, OVER the PHONE, was 3k down and $415 per month for 72 months. And they gave me a 5% interest rate. That was without ANY negotiating. Here's another kicker. The vehicle had MORE options AND a bigger engine than the lubbock vehicle. I was stunned. And I became angry at the fact that lubbock tried to stick it to me so badly. I'm writing this so that maybe someone is saved from being royally screwed by the finance people of Frontier Dodge in lubbock. Call around to other places before purchasing there. It seems like they prey on people here. I'm have no ties to Mckinney dodge or anything I'm just giving you my experience. More
