Getting them to call me back is impossible. I scheduled a recall, but when I arrived, they didn't have the part. They didn't call me when the part came in, and when I brought my car in the se I scheduled a recall, but when I arrived, they didn't have the part. They didn't call me when the part came in, and when I brought my car in the second time, first thing in the morning, scheduled appointment, they never contacted me to tell me when it would be ready. I called them at the end of the day, and they informed me that it wouldn't be ready until the next day. I had to make arrangements for transportation for another day. It was a simple recall. 2 hours labor.it took me at least 10 phone calls to get a simple recall taken care of. Terrible service! More

I love the dealership everyone is usually great, especially Max. He sold me my car and then he was my service writer for a little while and I would definitely recommend him, but now that he isn’t in especially Max.
