Customer service was just as horrible! I will Share my experience as far as I can!!! Then they charge me $390.00 for labor of tearing the engine apart to tell me its locked down. Unhappy. Took our Chrysler to them for an alternator replacement. Was told it would be one day repair 3 days later still nothing. Never returned calls. When I Took our Chrysler to them for an alternator replacement. Was told it would be one day repair 3 days later still nothing. Never returned calls. When I did reach the service manager I was told it would be $ 684. To replace alternator. With the cost of alternator being $345. + $300. + for labor. Called 3 different parts stores and alternator was an average $150. Called 3 garages and was told that was a by the book hour job. Picked up vehicle to take to a different shop and was charged a $100. Diagnostic fee. UPDATE Was contacted by service manager John and was told that they would waive the $100. Diagnostic fee and was told that the alternator was that much from the dodge warehouse. I was assured that he would check into the labor cost and felt that it was too high also. More
