Poor customer relations Took my 2014 Chrysler 300C in for a factory recall on a passenger airbag inflator. The did the work, but left the glovebox lid horribly out of line. I pointed this out, but the service manager said the car was old and things get "warped". The car has only 43,000 miles on it and has always been garaged kept. I was told that I just "had to live with it" I do not just "have to live with it", and I do not have to do business with Frontier Dodge Service either! Very poor! More

stay away I took my Chrysler 300 to get my window and check engine light to Frontier Chrysler Dodge Lubbock to get it fix. They diagnose and called my warranty I took my Chrysler 300 to get my window and check engine light to Frontier Chrysler Dodge Lubbock to get it fix. They diagnose and called my warranty company. They changed the parts after two days i got my car back and the same night check engine light came back on with the same EVAP code. I called John and he said to bring it back, which I did. John called me back and stated it was a different part this time. This next service maintenance took three days because they had to order the part. After the vehicle was returned to me, the very next morning the light came back on with the same EVAP code. I called John again and he said to bring it back. After two attempts I didn’t trust their technicians or their work ethics. If I am taking my car to a Chrysler dealership, my expectation is to get it fixed correctly by the specialist. It is with reasonable expectation to have repairs done and that the dealership has the proper equipment. Due to inadequate and less than stellar service at Frontier Chrysler, I was force to seek service from another automotive provider. At Christian Brothers, they successfully diagnosed my car from top to bottom, with pictures and video taken. Their technicians were able to accurately diagnose the problem. It was a disconnected hose which had nothing to do with the parts Chrysler changed. Had Chrysler performed an inspection the first time, they could have found the issue without changing any unnecessary parts, having my car for five days, wasting my time and my money. Although I have a warranty that I pay for, it includes a deductible which is money out of my pocket. On my third trip to Chrysler, the General Manager Rick Harrison was given the opportunity to make this right. He assured me of a follow up call by the next business day. I have yet to hear from the General Manager. I strongly advise staying away from incompetent, untrained technicians who merely guess what’s wrong with your car, who waste your valuable time and hard earned money. More

I called to make an appt for an oil change and was told no appt needed. Went in and waited over 2.5 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Then had to argue because they said my tires didn’t need rotation. Truck has 15k miles on it and each time I ask for one they say it’s not needed. Manufacture suggest ever other oil change for a tire rotation. They really need to work on their service department. More
