Cheyenne was non-existent during my vehicle repair. Vehicle was there for 6 days and I never received a single update. I had to call on 2 different occasions to find out the status and she was just as Vehicle was there for 6 days and I never received a single update. I made an appointment to have my car looked at and wasn't informed they would have my car in the shop for multiple days until I called at the end of the day and was told they haven't done anything with my ca informed they would have my car in the shop for multiple days until I called at the end of the day and was told they haven't done anything with my car yet. Being new to town and not knowing anyone, it was impossible for me to keep my car at the shop, especially when they're just holding my car and not doing anything to fix the problem.
