The over all experience was great, however it wasn’t perfect. I went here for my first service on a new vehicle about 4 months ago and was able to make an appointment for an oil change, however this tim perfect. I went here for my first service on a new vehicle about 4 months ago and was able to make an appointment for an oil change, however this time around I was told no and that wasn’t an option. I drove just over 200 miles to this dealership and didn’t want to wait all day, luckily because of arriving to the dealership 7:11am MST (leaving at 420 am) I was there early enough to where I don’t have to wait to long. The service was quick and only took an hour so Super grateful for that and the service from the service guy. The not so good part is that the technician doing the service didn’t wash his hands after completing the work. I had oil stains on the interior door panel, steering wheel and then on the out side of the vehicle. I had to go find paper towels to white things down and even worse I actually had oil on the button for my seat memory button. Something that I or any customer shouldn’t have to do. Over all I am happy about the service but can’t give more than 7 stars for the fact that now I have to detail something that never should have been dirty or left like that to begin with. More

I paid almost $1000 for an oil change and to have my tpms sensor fixed. I made it out of town about 15 miles on a 3 week trip before the light came back on. I will be driving out of town to have my vehicle s sensor fixed. I made it out of town about 15 miles on a 3 week trip before the light came back on.
