Best Service! Not only do they get my vehicle in fast, Frontier always has hot coffee ready for me! OK, here's a typical service visit... I pull up and I'm immediat Not only do they get my vehicle in fast, Frontier always has hot coffee ready for me! OK, here's a typical service visit... I pull up and I'm immediately greeted. The service adviser asks me how they can be of service and I explain the reason for my visit. Then they promptly take my keys and give me an estimate of the wait time. I then go into the customer waiting area where, as I mentioned earlier, there is hot coffee calling my name. I really can't stand to sit very long so I walk around the showroom floor and visit with the friendly sales people. When my vehicle is ready my service adviser finds me to let me know that everything has been completed and that I'm good to go. The young lady at the customer desk has me sign the ticket, gives me my keys and I'm on my way. It can't get any better than that. More

Best dealership in Oklahoma By far the best dealership in Oklahoma. I did not get my car from this dealership. Although they are the only one I trust for service. I was having pr By far the best dealership in Oklahoma. I did not get my car from this dealership. Although they are the only one I trust for service. I was having problems with my car while I was in Oklahoma City and already had the codes read by another shop. Found out that my car was having problems with the catalytic convertors. David Stanley did not want to really look at it as it was out of the 36,000 mile warranty. Even though it would be covered by my 100,000 warranty. The service manager kept insisting that if it was not the catalytic convertor he would charge me to check it out. I could see they did not want my business. So therefor I took my car to Frontier and they told me they would check it out. They did not threaten to charge me they said they would look at it. They replaced both catalytic convertor and the sensors. I highly recommend the service department. They don't try to find extra problems they fix what needs to be fixed. More
