I purchased a used 2017 F250 from Tyler back in June. It was a painless transaction and he was super helpful through the whole process dealing with texts and phone calls since I'm an hour away. Later once I was a painless transaction and he was super helpful through the whole process dealing with texts and phone calls since I'm an hour away. Later once I got the truck home I noticed the chrome on both the wheels and running boards was peeling, I called and talked to the service department and they were quick to have me bring it down and take a look. They snapped some pictures, sent them to Ford and Ford is replacing all four wheels and the running boards under warranty. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Tyler and Front Royale Ford! More
