Hello Raging Bulldog. Can you please elaborate more on how we earned a 1-star review? It says you never heard from Fritz in Fishers and therefore cannot rate them, however you rated us with a 1-star review. Can you provide us a little more detail so as we can help take care of your issue? Thank you. - Kyle at Fritz in Fishers.

What a great group of people at Fritz’s. I can’t say enough about my salesperson, Brad. Just easy going, no pressure type gentleman and I highly recommend asking for him when you visit. I go More

Jrolf, In reading your review, it sounds like there are a few things that you want to bring to our attention: 1) The amount of time and attention that Brad gave to you after the sale of the vehicle going over the vehicle itself, and 2) the mount of fuel that was put in the vehicle. I have followed up with Brad: When you arrived to pick up your vehicle, Brad just so happened to have another customer at his desk, at no fault of his. He greeted you, received the check that you mention in your review, and took it to our business manager. Due to the fact that he had a customer at his desk, he was not able to review the features of the vehicle with you. He apologized, and offered to review the features of the vehicle once his customer was taking care of their vehicle paperwork. Or, if you did not have time to wait, to come back to Fritz's and he'd be happy to show you because you live very close to our dealership... he just wasn't available to at that exact moment. 2) Regarding the fuel being at the 1/4 full mark, at that time you were speaking with our sales manager, James. He asked Brad to leave his customer, and put some additional fuel in the car to help make you satisifed; more than the 1/4 mark of which he put in before you arrived to pick up your car. In conclusion, if you would like to return to Fritz's in Fishers to review the features of the vehicle or if you have any questons, either myself (Kyle) or James would be happy to assist.

Thank you for your response. Too bad you weren't told the entire truth. I spoke with Brad before I arrived to pickup my car. Mr. Brad told me at that time the car was being serviced and he was going to put gasoline in it and have it ready for me. As for someone at is desk, the man came and sat there after I arrived. I did not give him the check, another sales man met me at the door held it open for me and I gave it to him. A lady came in a little later asking for him. Yes he was busy, I understand, he had the sale and my money and I wasn't important anymore. He pulled a fast one on me by putting a defective broken key in the console instead of handing it to me and me finding it wrapped in tape and not usable. When I asked if he put gasoline in the car, he knew he had not and looked at the gauge and told me it was under a quarter. Yes, I was becoming very upset by that time. I was a customer ahead of the other two. Yes he went and put as little gasoline in it that he could get by with. I started to drive away and the ceiling inside back light was on and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off as well as adjust the seat from it being laid way back as well as being very uncomfortable, I just asked for some insight on how to adjust it. The rear view mirror inside the car was turned upside down and completely messed up. Your staff that clean up the cars do a good job but leave them totally messed up. You would think the person selling them would make sure such little things like this were corrected before a person buying the car was ready. And for your information I don't live close. Guess you were told that along with other tales to try and make me the bad guy. All I wanted to do is buy the Chevrolet Equinox that I found on carfax. I was already pre-approved to buy it before I came in to look at it. An easy sale for the salesman and your finance person. All I asked was to show me a few things about a vehicle that I have never owned or driven before the short distance on Monday. I am a 76 year old disabled veteran and was not asking for anything special, just a little time from your salesman to help me enjoy my new Chevrolet. Yes the excitement of having a new vehicle, new to me was not what I was expecting from Mr. Brad. When I walked in your dealership with a sizable check to pay for it, I was a customer, and wasn't expecting anything special just be treated like a customer that just bought a vehicle from Fritx Auto. I was lied too, disrespected, told I could come back and I'd get answers to my questions. I was there why not then. I've ordered manuals so I can learn how to operate the features. I've ordered another key/fob which I should not have to do. And having to make a issue about having enough gas in the vehicle I just bought so I wouldn't run out of gas driving home. This a real shame for a dealership that is said to have been in business for awhile. You'd think customers would be treated a little better.

Eric, in response to your review, yes, the pricing mistake was completely our fault. From our knowledge, this is the first time something like this has happened. When we enter vehicle prices online and make price adjustments, we depress keystrokes not mouse-clicks, and the vehicle was supposed to be priced at $36,250, but was accidently typed-in as $26,250. An honest mistake which was priced there for only one day, which is when you inquired about it. When we realized the mistake, the price was changed immediately to $36,250. Human mistakes happen, and this was certainly a human typo mistake. When you visited Fritz in Fishers, the salesperson did call the owner, as your review states. One thing that is not mentioned is that the owner offered to pay for your fuel; fill your vehicle's tank, as you felt your time had been wasted. You declined this offering. We apologize that we made a mistake, but we were not able to discount the vehicle $10,000 to the $26,250 as asked.

Hello, Can you please elaborate on your review? We use Carfax used car data when doing accident detection searches. If the Carfax said that the vehicle had a history without an accident, then that is the information we would communicate. We do not control what Carfax data describes. Please reach out to me directly to speak more about this review, as I would like to know more about what happened. You say that you worked with me, and if something was misrepresented I would like to know. Thank you. - Kyle at Fritz in Fishers - 317-842-2228.
