What a great group of people at Fritz’s. I can’t say enough about my salesperson, Brad. Just easy going, no pressure type gentleman and I highly recommend asking for him when you visit. He was very attentive and set me up with the financial person. I had previously been approved at my credit union and brought in a check for te full amount of asking price. Brad had told me earlier that day my vehicle was being clean snd ready for me and he was going to have gas in the tank ready to go. I arrived with check in hand. Brad had no6put Gavin the vehicle, it had less than a quarter tank showing. He did not have timto go over things on the car and I had to demand gas be put in the car. He still ignored doing anything with me so he could go talk to another customer. His actions proved he did not care about a customer that just bought a car. Very sad for myself, a disabled person, be treated this way. Kinda ruined my joy and excitement of buying a new car for myself. More

I bought a 20k car and the overall experience was good. There was a strange financing error but it wasn't their fault, it was the lenders fault. Nice employees, nice cars, and decent prices. All that being There was a strange financing error but it wasn't their fault, it was the lenders fault. Nice employees, nice cars, and decent prices. All that being said, after owning the car a few days, I realized something kind of scary. Fritz in Fishers sold me a car with 16 year old tires on it. Now that may not sound like a big deal, and upon a glance of the tires they appear fine, but tires that are that old are a death trap. The tread looked worn but still had some "life", but when I saw the date on the tire I was amazed. The tires are hard as a rock, and starting to dry rot on the sidewall. When I purchased my car, I signed an as is agreement, so I'm not even going to try to contact them directly. Overall its a good place to go buy a car, but don't assume they replaced the things needing replaced before the sale takes place. Get there early, take your time looking over the car, and don't let any of the salesmen rush you. More
I saw a car online listed at $26,250 and when I got to the dealership and looked at the car I wanted to purchase it. After the salesman realized the price was incorrectly labeled on their website, cars.co the dealership and looked at the car I wanted to purchase it. After the salesman realized the price was incorrectly labeled on their website, cars.com and the text message that was sent to me confirming they still had the car they wouldn’t honor the price. I tried to negotiate with him and he wouldn’t budge from the $36,000 he now stated the car was. The car had been on their lot for over a month and still wouldn’t negotiate. I offered $32,000 in lieu of their mistake and still wouldn’t budge to satisfy a customers needs. I asked for him to call the owner and he said he wouldn’t negotiate on it just because someone in his office labeled it wrong. I wasted a whole afternoon to look at this car for them to realize they didn’t have their ducks in a row for a paying customer. Overall terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend going to them as they clearly don’t know the right way to treat a paying customer when they are wrong. More
The personnel I came across at this dealership are first-rate professionals. Mikes O'Brien and Thurman were very supportive friendly and knowledgeable in helping me choose a pre-owned 2013 Honda CR-V first-rate professionals. Mikes O'Brien and Thurman were very supportive friendly and knowledgeable in helping me choose a pre-owned 2013 Honda CR-V and were willing to answer the numerous questions regarding the vehicle I had along with securing financing for the vehicle. While it's not the largest dealership in the area, it's well worth the drive and time to check out their inventory. Kudos also to Patrick in the financing office who has the patience to go over the various paperwork to make what could be a dizzying process of signing your name to various documents, a good experience. Mike O'Brien and Mike Thurman were always willing to go the extra mile and through that I was able to secure the vehicle I wanted at the terms I needed. More
Drove nearly an hour to look at a car here that specifically said NO ACCIDENTS. When we arrived we saw noticeable damage to one of the mirrors and front cowling of the vehicle! Nice people, but don specifically said NO ACCIDENTS. When we arrived we saw noticeable damage to one of the mirrors and front cowling of the vehicle! Nice people, but don't deceive the public with inaccurate information. More

They tried to high pressure me from the get go but as a life long sales person, I understood and recognized the technique. I purchased the car anyway. They sold me a car with a defective windshield that progressively got worse once I made the purchase. I called them to replace, which they agreed to do but I was concerned about the high tech windshield the car required. I had to drive up to the dealership again to have it replaced (45 min). When I got there, the windshield person was concerned because they seemed to order the wrong windshield. My sales person Bill was less than helpful and tried to rush the guy as he was trying to explain that they had gotten the information wrong. Bill was helpful while trying to sell the car but not when an issue was discovered....really a rude person. I now have spent even more time to get the car and new windshield calibrated on my time because they are unable to do it in house, not that I would trust them to do so. Once the windshield was replaced, I noticed they had cracked my rear view mirror. I sent them pics and they tried to say it wasn't on them but they would order a mirror for me to install or drive another 45 minutes for them to do so. I love the car but there has been nothing but issues since I purchased it. I will say that their sales manager James is wonderful....the rest? Sub par. Make sure you do your research before shopping at Fritz. More

I told him I had driven 40 miles to look at a vehicle they had listed on line under their Fritz in Fishers dealership. Brad walked me through the whole vehicle & rode with me on the test drive. While Brad made sure the vehicle was ready to go, he introduced me to James who finished the paperwork with me. In just a few hours I was on the road. I would definitely go back & highly recommend Fritz in Fishers! Thanks guy! Ed H. More
