Everyone should be aware ! Do not attempt to take your car for warranty repairs or recalls because you will get the run around and nothing will get fixed. Terrible customer service if any at all and not to mention the nerve for a service advisor to tell me that I should try to make it right with Ford! EXCUSE me, I have a car I just bought pre owned certified, and two warranties and since the second day of having it I have yet to receive the appropriate repairs. Also they will never document your invoice appropriately to what you said your concerns were. Even if you call them out on it they won't. They like to make it say that you came in on a tire pressure concern.. yeah well too bad I documented everything more ways than one . Stay away .. More

Servicing of my Ford Escape Don Tucker was my Service Advisory. Asked for an appointment for my 2014 Don Tucker was my Service Advisory. Asked for an appointment for my 2014 Ford Escape for a routine service.. They picked up my vehicle (due to Covid 19) completed the service and checked out a couple other of my concerns including flushing the AC System and replacing the cabin filter. My car was safely returned to me. It had been thoroughly washed and looked great. Payment was completed over the phone through the cashier. I am very satisfied with Fritts. I purchased the car at Fritts in 2015. I recommend them to my friends. More
Worst customer care of the year award Following the purchase of a 2020 Ford Escape, from sales personnel who know little about the car, a warning light was discovered to be a safety defect Following the purchase of a 2020 Ford Escape, from sales personnel who know little about the car, a warning light was discovered to be a safety defect, following my Internet research..After three frustrating trips and being left in the wind for a month, I have given up on having Fritts do this safety repair and have made an appointment with another dealer to have the work done. Between sales and service Fritts has lost a customer for life. In general I found their Service Department to be confused and disoriented, with poor internal communication. According to one individual, Fritt's policy is that all employees will wear Covid masks, yet I found a manager not doing so. Their automated customer communication system sends out erroneous information indicating that I had missed service appointment that I had kept. In the e-mail requesting this review, they couldn't even get my name right. More

They always were in a rush and quick to finish my interaction regarding my car, But Greg Johnson seem to be different with good PR skills. Also, the shuttle drivers are wonderful very obliging and courteous. More

So I bought a 2015 ford flex , the sell went smoothly. But not even 1500 miles later my coolant is leaking. So I took it back and three days or so later they said they fixed it. Went and pick it up, and i didn't receive any work order on what was done. Not even 100 miles later my oil is leaking everywhere, what they failed to tell me is that they tried to fix a whole list of other things. But instead made thing worse. So again my next day off I had to drop it off again. During rhis time I get alerts from my sprint drive they ran my car dry of gas and now I have a check engine light, which again back to ford to fix what ever the messed up again. This whole thing has taken time away from my family . I wish I never went to fritts ford. Now I am stuck with a vehicle that has been nothing but a problem. More
