The only good thing about this dealership were the 2 sales people Anthony and Danny. Experience with closer very very bad they do not know how to deal with customers. Finance department just as bad. Buying a car on line without a test drive or sitting in it was weird. Everyone I dealt with was awesome. From help ordering the car, to help with information to extend my lease. When the car was here and I was able to pick it up the great experience continued! Here’s my post incase your “overlooked” it just like my other emails and complaints: Many issues with my NEW Mach-e and Fritts has been giving me the run around to fix all my issues and deceiving me with the additional service agreement sold to me which was meant for a gas car. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I’ll remind Fritts Ford through all the great reviews that there is also really bad reviews with many pending issues that are being resolved. More
