Very easy to work with in spite of us being 450 miles away from their dealership (commercial fleet sales). We were able to start the purchase over the phone a few days in advance of picking the KUV up. Once we flew in and arrived at their office, the rest of the purchase/paperwork took just about an hour. Our sales rep, Bob, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The document processor, Dennis, clearly explained the documents; we breezed through signing. Once done, as we we’re getting ready to leave, Bob noticed it wasn’t a full tank of gas. He had the service folks fill up the tank and got us on the road heading back home. If my business grows enough to be able to purchase another KUV, I will be giving Fritts Ford my 1st call. More

I special ordered a Maverick last September and the Fritt’s crew kept me updated on the status throughout the wait. Once it arrived Shonnah let me know it was ready and scheduled my appointment the nex Fritt’s crew kept me updated on the status throughout the wait.
