THE WORST EXPERIENCE! Let’s start out by saying I have in the past bought 5 different brand new vehicles from Fritts Ford for personal and business use. I have always had Let’s start out by saying I have in the past bought 5 different brand new vehicles from Fritts Ford for personal and business use. I have always had great experiences until now. In fact I felt so mistreated once my transit arrives (been waiting almost a year for it) for my business I will never be purchasing another vehicle from Fritts Ford again. To start when using online trade calculator it’s a flat out lie. They low balled me when you walk in the door knowing well that I already ordered a vehicle and it’s here and I only have 4 days to pick it up. Not only do they shoot me a low offer but they waste over an hour doing so. I already had my financing set in stone with my credit union so there was basically nothing much to do except my trade in. This sleezy pile of trash Nick Arfman tries to feed me a line of crap about my trade not being worth anything to him. Yet he held my registration to keep me in the office. It was a 2021 only 13 months old and in basically perfect condition. I felt disrespected he was unfriendly, rude and genuinely made me feel unwanted. I’m sure he would have rather had me leave and not come back for the new car I ordered so he could add in a markup and sell it for more money. Needless to say I left and sold my car to another dealer down the street for more money. I came back the following day to pick up the car which was scratched on 4 panels and bumper. Thankfully I inspected the car thoroughly otherwise they would have just sent me on my way without a care. Then when I get in finance they tried to tell me that my rate that I already applied for from my credit union a month prior wasn’t the rate I was getting. She insisted on arguing with me about it and was extremely pushy to just get me to sign papers at a higher interest rate. I told her I would not sign and I called my credit union while in her office. I was on hold for more than 30 min when she finally decided to call her contact at my credit union which was a 5 min call. My credit union told her she input the information incorrectly and that’s why my rate was raised. What she did was apply for a loan based on adding in warranties insurances and all the other up-sales when applying for my loan. Again thankfully I was thorough and watched it every step of the way. In short I felt like this place has turned into a sleezy car dealer where they do everything to try and take advantage of unknowing buyers. More
