Frank in sales, Mike in finance, and Stevi in internet sales were excellent! I was always informed on the status of when my F150 was ordered, built, shipped, and was ready to be picked up (pun intended). sales were excellent! Mike in finance added another $500 to the $2500 discount offer from Ford and lowered the interest rate from 4.9% to 3.9%. That says a lot about the integrity of Fritts Ford. Finally, I used the Car Pro process to purchase my F150. The customer service I received at Fritts Ford is something I hope other customers can experience. More
