My experience with Fritts was very positive. They provided me with options and showed me vehicles I was not initially looking at. I didn't find this pushy but instead appreciated them taking the time to ensure I made an informed decision. During the process I never felt the dealer or Danny were pushing me. Instead I felt supported and that I could reach out with questions at any time and receive quick responses. The negotiating experience was very positive and the purchasing experience was very smooth. There were no surprises when I famed in to purchase. Danny took great care of me and the hand off to Lisa in finance was smooth. Lisa was also a pleasure to work with and I felt confident with her processing my paper work. More
