I got there on a rainy night hoping my paper work would be ready and it wasn’t even when Stevie told me it would be, I called Stevie to tell her because of rain I would be late and asked if they could meet be ready and it wasn’t even when Stevie told me it would be, I called Stevie to tell her because of rain I would be late and asked if they could meet me half ways and I was told no and also was told “my manager closes the doors right at 8:00. Which was a lie because I was there well after 8:00. The car wasn’t gased up I had to wait even longer for that. As a sales rep I believe If you’re selling a $34,000 car you should stay to meet your customer and if you decide to leave at least call the next day to ask how my dangerous drive was or how I liked the car. It’s obvious it was done just for the commission NOT the customer Service More
