We have been dealing with Ford for 4 decades. We had Ford credit approval on the 2 trucks. We have picked up 7 Mavericks and 2 Vans within the last month and a half. We have been working with dealerships in 3 states. Yet because you have recently had some fraudulent activity you insisted that I had to sign in person rather than Docu Sign and FedEx. This cost us two plane tickets. And 2 work days of top executives. Your Finance guy said yes you guys are capable DocuSign. There was no terms or quote sheet given to us pre pre signing. The interest rate was higher than expected and there were unexpected add ons. More
