We dealt with Frank, who is very professional, friendly and honest. He was great to work with. Unfortunately the dealership did not have the vehicle we wanted - Frank was going to try and locate it (this w and honest. He was great to work with. Unfortunately the dealership did not have the vehicle we wanted - Frank was going to try and locate it (this was the weekend and their inventory manager wasn't going to be in until Monday). The dealership even tried to trade another dealership over 500 miles away to get us the truck we wanted. We did find it at another dealer (the vehicle wasn't listed on their inventory) and called Frank - who was still trying to locate one. He was just as friendly and professional when we told him we had purchased elsewhere. We will definitely return for our next purchase and work with him. More
