I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 15 minutes early and they took my car straight back. I was then quoted by Ryan Parish that it would be an hour to an hour and a h rotation. I arrived 15 minutes early and they took my car straight back. I have never had a simple oil change take so long. I would have never came back except the last time I had an oil change and tire rotation from you guys, y’all kept my tire lock and I was unable to go anywhere else until I got it back. More
