I don’t mind being patient so the mechanic can do his job within a reasonable time. The jeep had been there for 3 days for wiring issues and a brake fluid change. I was told by the service advisor that the car was ready and when I got there it wasn’t ready and had to wait an hour and 30 minutes. I just ask to be transparent with your customers in the future, because of this I was late to work. I won’t be back to this establishment. More

I had a 9am appointment for tire rotation, oil change, and car wash. I showed up to Derek’s desk at 8:45am. Long story short I waited 2 hours, then asked him what the issue is. My car was never serviced. and car wash. I showed up to Derek’s desk at 8:45am. Long story short I waited 2 hours, then asked him what the issue is. My car was never serviced. By the time it was done it was 12:45 and they didnt even wash my car. I had to go back and ask him for it. I spent four hours and had to cancel plans afterwards. The customer service was trash. The worst. I would not recommend and would tell people to steer clear of Derek. This is also the second time I filled one of these out. And have been asked through text about an email survey that i never received. My assumption is Derek got to the other survey and deleted it. Hopefully you see this one. More
