Service was great. What wasn’t great was the bill. I got a tire rotation and balance for $60 (plus oil change covered under warranty) The bill was for $80 and What wasn’t great was the bill. (Plus tax) That’s a 33% markup on the $60 service! And those fees are xx. $5 bucks to share my oil change and tire rotation history with other dodge dealers ? Who cares. That’s crap. $14 charge for making an appointment? Why would you charge a customer for coming to your store and giving you business? That’s moronic. I don’t mind paying dealer prices for quality services but don’t charge me xxxx-off fees or I’ll go elsewhere. Build your xxxx fees into your service charges I don’t want to see them. More

I drove to the dealership and left my vehicle there and when I got back home after 30 minutes, I got a text that my battery is totally drained and they had to jump my car to move it for the servicing. They asked me to change the battery and send me a new invoice and when I went there, I asked them to jumpstart and I took the vehicle to AutoZone and seems like my battery was all fine. I’m still running my vehicle and there is nothing wrong with the battery More
