Lack of communication even within service department. In a matter of four days, I was contacted by three different people at least five times. Even AFTER being there, I continue to get emails and phone calls from THIS dealership regarding service appointments even after responding to a couple of the previous messages. Even sales called a couple of times when I bought this vehicle AT this dealership back in October. And the four+ hours they had my vehicle didn't even resolve the issue; I have to return next week and leave my car with them to get it taken care of. More
