Service Representative was timely in approaching me on arrival for my appointment and quickly checked-in my truck for the required services. Gave me several progress updates along the way. Kyle was very helpful and prompt. I originally called another Jeep dealership (Prosper) to schedule service for a recall. The recall letter states it should take 1 hour. The Prosper dealership said they’d need my Jeep for 2 days. I then called Frisco and spoke to Kyle. He was able to get my Jeep in that day and it only took one hour. Lack of communication even within service department. In a matter of four days, I was contacted by three different people at least five times. Even AFTER being there, I continue to get emails and phone calls from THIS dealership regarding service appointments even after responding to a couple of the previous messages. Even sales called a couple of times when I bought this vehicle AT this dealership back in October. And the four+ hours they had my vehicle didn't even resolve the issue; I have to return next week and leave my car with them to get it taken care of. More
