My recent experience at Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was extremely disappointing. Only two weeks after purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle, I encountered multiple issues with it. The initial inspec was extremely disappointing. Only two weeks after purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle, I encountered multiple issues with it. The initial inspection revealed several problems, including the need for new brakes and brake rotors all around, as well as a malfunctioning third brake light. Considering the vehicle's certified pre-owned status, I was surprised that these issues were not caught during their inspection. They wanted to charge me $4900 to fixe the brake issues and $400 to fixe the brake light. After expressing my frustration and hinting at legal action, the dealership agreed to cover the costs of fixing the brake and brake light issues. Additionally, I had complained about a clicking noise in the front end when engaging four-wheel drive, which prompted them to replace the transfer case. They called me saying it was ready. However, when I picked it up I was not able to engage the 4X4. So they “fixed” it but did not test it to see if it was functioning correctly, or at all. They made multiple attempts to fix it, “they installed 3 different transfer cases” the 4X4 engagement remained faulty, and was actually worse then when I initially took it to them. The last I heard from them was the Chrysler engineers suggested and older model transfer case and the part is on order. They told me I could drive the vehicle, but only in two wheel drive until the part comes in. What added to my disappointment was the dealership's refusal to provide me with a loaner vehicle during the repairs. Feeling unsatisfied with the service at Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I sought assistance from another dealership which promptly resolved the issue. The other dealership I sought assistance from happily provided me with a loaner vehicle, citing that as a warranty issue, I was entitled to one. It's concerning that even after over a month of waiting, there is no update from the original dealership regarding the status of the ordered part. My advice would be to think twice before entrusting your vehicle to Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for repairs or purchases. In my case, the lack of attention to detail, ineffective solutions, and refusal to offer a loaner vehicle left me with a partially functioning $40,000 vehicle. More
Poorly organized, shady, and inept. I'd strongly avoid. They damaged my car during routine service and only took responsibility when I showed a video from my dash cam. During the fol I'd strongly avoid. They damaged my car during routine service and only took responsibility when I showed a video from my dash cam. During the follow up service to correct the prior damage (and other warranty item) they deliberately disconnected the dash cam. I will go out of my way not to give them any more business. More

There was a lack of communication from the dealership. I was told at two different instances the work was completed when it was not. When an alternator that was replaced failed, either due to workmanship I was told at two different instances the work was completed when it was not. When an alternator that was replaced failed, either due to workmanship or quality of part, I was told that it was something else that caused the problem. When I mentioned the pictures I had taken of the pulley that failed on the alternator the story changed. When I send a follow-up that my vehicle isn't driving right after their 2nd repair I don't hear back. When I take my vehicle back in they send me an invoice 2days later with no explanation for over 2k of work. Some of it was the warranty work they just did. The manager lied saying he would follow back up with me and passed me off to someone else when I called the next day. Was told multiple inconsistent things and flat out lied too. I've taken my van somewhere else now to get fixed. The staff is untrustworthy and incompetent except the courtesy drivers who were awesome. More
