I can’t thank Frisco Jeep Dodge and Brian enough for their above and BEYOND customer service that they provided me. The numbers I talked with Brian over the phone were the exact numbers I was greeted with at the door, and I was in and out in less than two hours. What you want from a dealership is exactly what Frisco Jeep/ Brian had to offer - and they have definitely earned loyal customers for life. More

Waste of my time ! Your appointment system is terrible. Saves no time, just a benefit for your staff to sit around and look at their computer. Took 2&1/2 hours to do a Your appointment system is terrible. Saves no time, just a benefit for your staff to sit around and look at their computer. Took 2&1/2 hours to do a simple oil change in a hemi. It says that fluids were topped off, xxxxxxxxx. Window fluid tank was dry, that night I checked and coolant was low. But basically what the heck were you doing taking 2 hours to add some oil? I’m wanting to get a new truck but I’ll won’t think twice on where not to go to spend $80k on my new vehicle. You’ve got a terrible manager running this scam, to many other choices other than your dealer ship. I also shared this will BBB for Dallas to help others choose a good place to go. More
