Overall the dealership is ok but there is always something that is off. After I called and made the appointment through their phone service, the service team didn’t have my appointment listed in the something that is off. After I called and made the appointment through their phone service, the service team didn’t have my appointment listed in their log when I arrived. That doesn’t instill confidence and puts the team on the ground in a scramble to adjust (which they did nicely). The automated service updates system leaves a lot to be desired and is more frustrating than anything. It gives you a status indicator but you can’t click to get any additional details. And their systems don’t seem to talk to each other. This past time I was notified by the automated system my car was ready and it actually wasn’t. My service advisor Gaven (who is great) was NOT notified though so he wasn’t able to catch it and I wasted a trip there. More

Took in for oil change. Had curtesy ride which was very pleasant. When vehicle was done, Gavin said he texted us but we never received anything. Next day we texted Gavin. Tried calling with no answer and no call back from message we left. Called main office phone, sales answered. We left message with him and he said someone would call us back. Nobody did. Finally drove to dealer to see if vehicle was ready since we had plans to leave town with the service vehicle. Truck was finished and at no charge due to our inconvenience. More
