Rating the service department only as I have already provided my review for the sales department. Here’s a hint. We have purchased three Jeeps from Frisco. Roy was our service guy. Very nice and res provided my review for the sales department. Here’s a hint. We have purchased three Jeeps from Frisco. Roy was our service guy. Very nice and respectful!!! but…. Let me set the scene. I received two text messages and three emails that my quote was ready to review. That system didn’t seem for helpful, showed me abbreviations and then a price to the right. No clue what some of the abbreviations meant, and then as all service shops do, they provided a laundry list of items that should be done. That all totaled to LOL’ over $3k. I called Frisco service and got a hold of Roy. Roy was able to pull my service ticket and educate/explain all of these abbreviations. Everything he explained made sense and is what we brought the vehicle in for. The one thing that annoyed me, is Roy knew we bought the vehicle from Frisco, and prior to this call he knew we had the Mopar Extended Warranty. So our $3,121.51 bill (at the end) cost us $945. Back to being annoyed. Roy forgot or overlooked our Mopar warranty and didn’t have the information on what was covered and what wasn’t. So we had to disconnect and the. Revisit to get that information. I know they are busy, and it doesn’t seem like a huge deal, but Roy was provided this information the day we had the Jeep towed to the service dept. Again the next day when he called to check in with us, and finally I had the sales department provide the information to Roy as he could t find it. Still giving 5 stars, b/c overall I might just be too picky. More
Thank you Roy for being so patient an understanding with me during my visit. I was slightly frustrated and irritated, because the previous service guy made an error on my vehicle records. Roy made the corrections, an was a complete gentleman, making sure I was a happy customer before leaving. Roy was very sincere an apologetic, tho the errors/issues were tech not his fault. I was hesitant about bringing my truck to the Frisco dealership for service after my last experience here (a few years ago) wasn't good. But, this time it was great all around. Scheduling an appointment dealership for service after my last experience here (a few years ago) wasn't good. But, this time it was great all around. Scheduling an appointment was easy and dropping off the truck was very easy.....just pulled right in, saw my info on the screen and someone came over to get the keys. Roy Simmons was my service advisor and he was great. He reminded me about some 30K mile servicing I needed done, but didn't pressure me to do it. I needed was my radio antenna cable replaced and he found out that it was still under warranty. He kept me updated with texts. I dropped off the truck late in the afternoon and it was ready the very next morning.......antenna cable replaced, 30K servicing done, state inspection done. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience and won't hesitate to bring a vehicle back for servicing. More
I unfortunately had some mechanical issues with a Grand Cherokee and a Grand Cherokee L I recently purchased. Konan from the sales team and Davis from the service team have been great to work with and are doing all they can to help me given the quality issues I experienced, and the current supply chain issues Chrysler Is going through which has resulted in my being without my new car for two months. The team at Frisco CDJR has made sure we have a comparable car to drive while they wait for the replacement part that is in short supply. Not an ideal situation for me or the Frisco CDJR team, but they are working with me and my wife to make this experience as good as they possibly can. The team at Frisco CDJR has been great given the circumstances. I will definitely buy more vehicles from Frisco CDJR given their service and their integrity in helping me resolve my quality issues and get my wife and I taken care of. And I live in a prosper a few miles from the Prosper CDJR! Well worth the drive to be treated professionally and with integrity! More
