1. The dealership nor Jeep provides loaners or wash your car when being returned from service. 2. Jeep been in 3 times now for broken seat. They say they fix it but broken within 24 hours. 3. Cashier was rude and clearly does not like her job. 5. Jeep warranties and service are the worst in the business. I get free loaners, washed car and a bottle of water when I get my kids VW Jetta serviced and we paid only 18K used. I love the Jeep except for a few quality issues and have trouble finding another vehicle that fits my needs like the Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk but not sure it is worth the poor service and quality issues. More
The service advisor quoted me my amount of service when I walked in I said fine. Then at checkout he attempted to charge me double. When I said that’s not what you quoted me, he instantly had a bad attitude walked in I said fine. Then at checkout he attempted to charge me double. When I said that’s not what you quoted me, he instantly had a bad attitude & started raising his voice. The service on my car was already completed at this point, I questioned him again & asked why he would think it’s ok to charge me double what he originally quoted without consulting with me 1st. I asked for his manager, he left and came back & charged me the original quoted amount. It was very shady, on top of that his demeanor about it made it worst. I get all my service work at the dealership, very shady experience this time. More
Worst experience by far. Made an appointment at 9:30 and still was left waiting for over 4 hours and was barely checked on while I waited. Worst part is I took my Jeep to get my tire replaced that was under still was left waiting for over 4 hours and was barely checked on while I waited. Worst part is I took my Jeep to get my tire replaced that was under warranty and still had to pay full price. Will not being doing business there anymore. Highly disappointed! More
Horrible. Slow, disorganized, didn't even attempt to fix my gladiator. Somehow showed that I had never been in before, although I has been in several times, and had an open case with Jeep. Robby and Dan, two incompetents who lie about helping customers. Dec/4/2020 Dan trying to convince me that I need to buy parts to fix a problem with the suspension (death wobble at 60 miles/hour), car be customers. Dec/4/2020 Dan trying to convince me that I need to buy parts to fix a problem with the suspension (death wobble at 60 miles/hour), car being under warranty (27,345 miles) and Robby for promising that a part was ordered (a different part that Dan recommended, (both of them talking without taking the car to the shop and let a mechanic look at it) to fix the problem. Made two trips to the dealer (Dec 11 and Dec 17) and Robby told me that the part is on its way but late. Two weeks later no sign from them. Three weeks later I called the parts department to find out that no part was ordered under my name or for my car. Today is Jan/6/2021 and no sign from them. To the owner of that dealership, if you let incompetents running the business for you, they make you look incompetent. You are the Customer Service of Chrysler. You sale their product and they promise that if there is a problem with the car while under warranty, the dealership will fix it for them. And if you do, they will reimburse you for parts and labor. I do not expect being treated like a fool, disrespected, lied to, and ignored. When you try to sell a car all of you almost kiss butt just to make that sale. As soon as the customer is gone and you got the money, you don't give a xxxx. Shame on you! I will make sure that everyone hears about you, including Chrysler. More

Pathetic service. Never told me that they were going to charge me 199.00 to check a service notification. Came in for 3 recalls. When telling what needed to be completed was over 3,000$. Two were supposed charge me 199.00 to check a service notification. Came in for 3 recalls. When telling what needed to be completed was over 3,000$. Two were supposed to fix service notifications of a electronic brake system. But didn’t have anything to do with the brakes, but the steering wheel off alignment. More
