Worst phone system ever, no one answers and if you get an answer , it’s voicemail to a box thats full. It took me 6 tries to get someone and they were terrible. I have never seen such a lack of urgency in trying to take care of a customer. It started with them losing my wheel lock key , then replacing it with a stripped one . Then when I went back I was given one that didn’t fit. The 3rd trip I had to leave the car for the weekend because they had no lock key and the dealers own master set was lost. I get things happen but this whole experience started with incompetence and stayed that way. I will never come back More

Best Ram dealership I’ve ever used. Brought in my truck without an appointment with multiple cars in front of me, I was quoted at least four hours and they gave me a shuttle home. 1.5 h Brought in my truck without an appointment with multiple cars in front of me, I was quoted at least four hours and they gave me a shuttle home. 1.5 hours later they sent a shuttle to pick me up because my truck was done. Paid to fix leak on both front doors and replace carpet. I had to take it back 5 times. The never replaced carpet and I paid for an oil and air filter change that they did not do. The sales experience was fine other than the extra $5000 tacked on “because they could” since we bought during the Covid 19 vehicle shortage, but we The sales experience was fine other than the extra $5000 tacked on “because they could” since we bought during the Covid 19 vehicle shortage, but we accepted that as a consequence of the timing. But service has been lousy since. Phone calls don’t go through, no one returns calls or emails, and even with service appointments you have to wait your turn even if it takes a few days beyond your appointment! But the icing on the cake was when the Tourneau cover THEY recommended (and which is NOT compatible with a fifth wheel) damaged our fifth wheel, which they knew was the only reason we were even buying the truck, and they offered zero compensation not only for the damage done nor for changing out the cover! We spent an extra $1400 or so for the Tourneau cover plus installation as it was, and the replacement cover for one that would be more compatible with a fifth wheel would have been another $2500, but no, they couldn’t help with that at all! Plus we still have to repair the damage to our rig! There must have been 7 or more male managers and salesmen sitting around the front desk as I told them that was unacceptable and not one could look me in the eye as they are insisting they couldn’t help! The worst customer service EVER! Go to ANY OTHER Chrysler Dodge Ram dealer, but avoid this one! The only good thing I can say is that the 2 men working in the parts dept. were very nice and helpful in trying to find us an alternative cover, even though we won’t be getting it here! More
I brought my 2021 Challenger Scat Pack in for regular maintenance. I worked with Susana Mosqueda in service. Overall, I was very happy with the dealership. Save for one employee cursing up a storm in conversation with another employee whole walking by all the customers waiting for service, everything was excellent. More
