Looking over my repair order they Originally told me they were waiting on a DSTC module and thats why it would cost $1600..the RO doesn't state they ordered any parts..it doesn't state they replaced any modu were waiting on a DSTC module and thats why it would cost $1600..the RO doesn't state they ordered any parts..it doesn't state they replaced any module? I was told they had to replace the DSTC module..they charged me $1200 for diagnostic and then told me when I picked it up he told me they had to change the battery but didn't charge me..but they charged me $333.95 for the battery.. According to the repair order I got charged $1641.05 for a new battery and a $54.90 wiring 4-way part .before I call Ram can you explain this?..I will be contacting the BBB ..ALL social media..Yelp..
