Person who checked in vehicle didn’t do anything he said he would. We changed phone numbers and it wasn’t changed, said he didn’t need carshield information and it was needed. Said someone else old contact us after he went out of town and no one contacted us. I called 3-4 times over a week and no one called back. Car sat for one week without any contact. Day after vehicle picked up, additional issues have happened and my son almost missed a wedding. Repair process has caused at least 2 more issues and we have to return the vehicle Monday. After 2 weeks already, now we will be back without the vehicle for another week. Terrible communication, terrible service and the car still isn’t ready to drive after 2 weeks. More

David’s service was subpar at best. I waited for 5 hours to get my truck back only to be told that the warranty claim was denied because I have larger than stock tire. Secondly, the warranty claim was closed before the part was ordered and installed causing RAM to have questions. David was not upfront with all the information both instances I was in store. He needs to be trained better as a service writer. I will not recommend nor be bring my truck back to your establishment. This was the third time Frisco CDJR tried to get something over on me. I truly expected better out of your dealership and service department. Lastly, the only good experience that came out this situation was Carey! Only after I talked with Carey, at the end of hour 5, was there progress on getting my truck back. Once I explained the situation to Carey, he made sure to right what was wronged and go me on my way.
