I came in for a maintenance/service appointment for my jeep and I left feeling very pleased and happy! Derrick Johnson took care of me and provided great service! He was very attentive and kept checking u jeep and I left feeling very pleased and happy! Derrick Johnson took care of me and provided great service! He was very attentive and kept checking up and updating me on the status of my car/any service they additionally thought it needed. Very fast and efficient service, Derrick and his team were great! I normally go to the prosper location for my maintenance which is great but I will be returning to the Frisco location for the amazing service they provided me!!!!! More

I came in with a dead battery. Hunter, knowing we had this before determined the cause of the battery drain. They rotated the tires, but didnt check the air pressure on each. Looks like one of the tires had a nail and I wish they could have taken the time to check that. Otherwise, great job! on each.
