Worst car buying experience ever My husband and I found a Toyota Tacoma at Friendship Hyundai. My husband took it for a test drive and loved it! We called the bank the same day and was approved for a loan on this vehicle, we simply had to go sign papers and bring the dealer back the check. We live in Knoxville and that is where or credit union is. We were in contact with the dealer and they were aware we had financing. They then sold the vehicle out from under us the day we were bringing them the check!!!! They then offered to sell us a vehicle at cost . We picked one out, they verified they still had it and was transferring it from their sister lot in Bristol. Needless to say, they sold that one too!!!!! Horrible customer service, money hungry sharks that will screw you over!!! More

After a lot of researching on line, and going to a LOT of different car dealers, I stopped at Friendship Hyundai in Johnson City. I was looking for a used car. Chad came out and was genuinely nice. As a sales person myself, I dont like the pushy, aggressive, fake sales people that are often found . Chad was helpful, and let ME choose the car I wanted to test drive. He didnt push his opinion or "suggestions". He asked if I wanted to drive the new Elantra, and even though I had stopped to purchase a used car, I said I would take it for a drive. Well, of course I fell in love with the car, and was totally amazed when Chad suggested I keep it a day or two, and let him know if I still wanted to go for a used car. He helped me with the financing, along with Andy Allison. He still keeps in contact with me, and is always more than ready to help out in any way he can. I would only reccommend this dealership. It was the best experience purchasing a car that Ive had in 30 years. Thanks guys- keep up the good work ! More
