He recognized the value of our trade in and how well we had taken care of it. We were given our space to look and think things through. As I stated before, Chasity came in on her day off when she heard I was back in the dealership to finalize my purchase the following day. I commend her for that. I am an administrator of 62 employees and I don't know that many of them would have done that. She also has followed up with phone calls to ensure my daughter has been completely satisfied and hasn't had any questions. She truly made us feel like we were friends, not just customers. My daughter even mentioned driving back in to visit her! Richard "shopped" banks to get me the best interest rate. I know that's his job, but he did work diligently to work for me that day and get me the best deal. He redid all the paperwork when I told him I wanted to pay for the taxes, title and license without any complaints. He was wonderful to work with. Bob was very argumentative and hard to deal with. From the moment we entered the lot, he was on us asking if we were going to trade in our car. We had not even driven a car yet. When we went back and wa the moment we entered the lot, he was on us asking if we were going to trade in our car. We had not even driven a car yet. When we went back and wanted a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Turbo with a standard package, he said they did not make them. We told him they did and showed him what we wanted in the Hyundai brochure. He said we were wrong and they did not come like that. We bought our car at another Hyundai dealer. This was a horrible experience and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. We faxed Bob a copy of the vehicle description which he did not acknowledge. More
