Worst service experience ever. Carmax took our car to Ford, told them what was wrong, it took them two weeks to fix it and when they did, they didn't even fix everything thr Crarmax Carmax took our car to Ford, told them what was wrong, it took them two weeks to fix it and when they did, they didn't even fix everything thr Crarmax tech told them was wrong, so when they went to bring the car back, WOW....they noticed the other thing the tech told them was ACTUALLY broken, so we had to wait AGAIN, on parts and service.
