Friendship Ford didn’t value our business. We had every intention on purchasing a new vehicle from them. We were really disappointed that they “low balled” on our trade in. I did smell some burnt oil the first few times I drove it, so there must have been some oil spilled on the engine during the oil change. More
An extended warranty and a gap fee I wasn't informed I was getting. I trusted and signed where the Xs where located. My bad for not paying attention. Service after sale sucks! The purchase went fine and the vehicle is ok except that when I drove it home (700 miles) it shook a bit and the tires chopped. I asked them to pay for an alignment and balance...they refused. They said it passed their inspection. Then the title was filled out wrong ( my fault on the address) and all that was requested of them by Missouri DMV via myself was to type up on letterhead that a mistake was made on the address for the buyer on the title and have a notarized signature on that paper. This I needed to satisfy Missouri DMV. They would not even do that! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM FRIENDSHIP FORD. Their customer service ends when you walk out the door! They took 2 weeks to tell me that they decided to do nothing about the title. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

If there was a way to have no stars and still be able to post a review I would be doing that!!! I bought a car from their wholesale center May 31. During the test drive I noticed it was making a sound in the front when I turned left and I mentioned it to the salesman...and he played dumb like he didn't notice it when he was driving the car (of course). However he did say he'd run it down to their mechanic and have them look at it. He came back and told me it was either the alignment or a CV joint but it would be an easy fix and they would allow $300 for it. Being the trusting soul that I am I believed him and paid cash for the car and brought it home. I only drove it two days before the noise got worse, and it with has been with my mechanic the rest of the time! I'm getting ready to have to do a major repair in it after driving it only two days!!! How this car ever passed their pre-sale inspection is beyond my comprehension. On top of it all, the differential fluid in it is full and new so somewhere along the way someone knew there were issues and they topped it off so it could sell. I am so angry and upset, and emptied my savings to buy this car so I cannot even afford to fix it without using a credit card. It was not a cheap piece of crap it was almost $7000! I guess that makes it a expensive piece of crap...?? I'm disappointed and disgusted that I was taking advantage of. A call to the manager of the dealership only resulted in an "I'm sorry" and "we would have never topped the fluid off and put it on the lot". Right. I wasn't born yesterday. Run don't walk as far AWAY from any of these dealerships!! I don't care what they tell you or anyone else tells you, the bottom line is they want to sell somebody something and they will tell you whatever you want to hear so that you will buy a car. Tomorrow I will be paying for my local Subaru dealership to put new AWD clutches in my center differential to the tune of $1100, on a car I JUST BOUGHT. The service employee doing the work stated that there was NO WAY that the Friendship Wholesale didn't know about this. I am so disappointed. More
