Good experience and highly satisfied with my deal . I was greeted as soon as I got out of my truck by Jonathon Mascelli. He very courteous and helpful. He asked if I would like a test drive but I declined as I said I wanted to know the value of my truck that I was trading first. He arranged an appraisal and came back then I took the test drive. we sat down in the offices and started our negotiation, at that point Johnny Necessary became involved as I had dealings with him in 1998 and he remembered me. We agreed on the deal which I was satisfied with and bought the truck. Overall it was a good experience and very friendly. On the negative side I am disappointed in the time it took overall to buy a $25000.00 truck I was at the dealership at around 10.00am and left around 5.00pm. Too many people involved. The system needs overhauling to speed up the customers time and tying up the sales persons time.. It only took an hour to buy my home which cost considerably more. More
