No Communication and the quality of work was not up to dealership standards. They said they performed a service on my vehicle the 2nd visit but when i had to come back for another visit to fix the origina dealership standards. The service people were very accommodating in helping me with an urgent undercarriage issue on my vehicle!! I had no appointment and the team took great care of me and my vehicle!! Had a horrible experience with the sales department and now with the service department. Long story short I took my car to the ford dealer bc i believed it had an electrical issue somewhere. The car has been there around a month and all they have been doing is throwing parts at it. Only work on it when they want and have caught them in lies personally. As we were on a two week vacation to the New England states from Indiana we experienced the dreaded wrench icon on our F150. After googling Ford Dealerships we came upon a few dealerships in the area and chose your dealership as you have a five star rating. On Sunday, May 15th we pulled into your dealership with a trailer in tow. We made ourselves at home by locating an electrical outlet and camped for the night. First thing on Monday morning we were greeted by Tony. After explaining our problem he went and chatted with Susan to see how soon someone could take a look at the vehicle. We feel so fortunate that they were quick to hook the truck up to a tester. In no time the problem was identified and the part was ordered and by late Tuesday afternoon (5ish) we were back on the road. You have two AMAZING employees. Tony and Susan could not have been more accommodating. They kept us up-to-date every step of the way and even checked to see if we needed anything. Sweet Tony even offered the use of his vehicle to us, pretty amazing. We are so incredibly thankful and can't thank your team enough. Again, from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU! More
