worst experience when buying my truck. Wasn't where it was supposed to be at then when i finally received it. Called to complain about the poor brakes and was told they were fine and I was Wasn't where it was supposed to be at then when i finally received it. Called to complain about the poor brakes and was told they were fine and I wasn't use to the way a Fords brake system works but after putting it on the lift found out that all the calipers were rusted fast.. Fast forward to three months later and found out the 4wd doesn't engage been waiting for over a year and half to get it fixed More

No Communication and the quality of work was not up to dealership standards. They said they performed a service on my vehicle the 2nd visit but when i had to come back for another visit to fix the origina dealership standards.
