I recently went there to see if I wanted to plan on getting a Mustang or not. My plan was to test drive one and start planning my purchase game plan (I m a very cautious person who loves plans). Instead, I ended up leaving with a beautiful Mustang. Daniel Sabino is the associate who helped me. He worked so hard to get me into that car at the right price. I've never worked with a car salesman who was so concerned about my personal situation and making sure that I left with the car and financing package that fit me perfectly. Daniel made owning my dream car a reality even though I am still a college student and have the humble income of an EMT. Mario in financing also worked hard to get my financing plan just right. Thank you Friendly Ford! I couldn't be happier with the service I received or my new car. More
My Husband and I went to look at the Ford Fusion. We meet Tony right as we got out of our Car. He asked as can I help you with anything very friendly and we felt welcomed right away. We thought the Ford Fu Tony right as we got out of our Car. He asked as can I help you with anything very friendly and we felt welcomed right away. We thought the Ford Fusion did not fit in our Budget and he spend time with us test driving the Ford Focus. My Husband did not like the Focus at all. Tony Najera worked with us till 12.00 Midnight to get the Fusion to where we could fit it in our Budget. The Finance Manager and every one applicable stayed late. We were very impressed with the Dealership. LOOVED THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. More
My husband and I bought an 2013 Escape. Sal Ortiz was our salesman that went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. To say the least, we are completely satisfied with our Escape! We highly suggest to anybody that is wanting to buy a car, to go to Friendly Ford and ask for Sal Ortiz. My overall impression: honest, reliable, friendly and high integrity. I'm used to dealing with scummy car dealerships who are dishonest in order to get your business. Friendly Ford is not your average car lot, they provide excellent service! I bought a 2013 Ford Escape 5/2/13. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely "friendly", no pun intended. I personally worked with Hudson Meadors Sales, Scott Thompson Internet Manager, and Mario in Finance . I had already bought a car that week from a Nissan dealership on 95/Ann. Nissan treated me horribly and changed the terms of the loan 3 times so I took the car back and went to Friendly Ford. Scott Thompson was very efficient in returning emails on the vehicles I wanted quotes on. When I came in I asked if I could introduce myself. Scott sat down and talked with me for a while to ease my impression of the awful car buying experience I had previously with other dealerships. He took the time out of his busy day to say hello. It meant a lot to me. I've had issues with dealerships in the past who give me an exceptional finance rate, then turn around and call me back 3 days later stating they are increasing the rate. At Friendly Ford, they get the final approval prior to you signing the contract and walking out of the door. The only call back there is, is a personal 2 day follow up to see how everything is working out. I also received a personal card from Hudson and an email. They truly appreciate every piece of business no matter how big or small. I feel their practices are honest and fair. I visited KBB and compared it to my sale price and it was spot on. Some dealerships request that you sign your recission rights away and your legal rights, requiring you to go through Arbitration. Ford doesn't do this!!!! This exhibits how honest and fair they really are! My Ford Touch is AWESOME!!! I highly reccommend the system, however each vehicle comes standard with a feature called Sync which is a great tool and value, for free. Poor Hudson, I put him throught the ringer with driving every vehicle I had my eye on. I test drove several cars and told him I would be back the next day. He mentioned he would be off, but he would be happy to come in. I asked for his number and called him the next day. He promptly came into work to greet me ( on his day off) and take me on more test drives. All with a smile on his face. Again, no crummy traditional car salesman pressure. They want your business, but they don't have be be slummy to get it. Mario was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. He gave the kids balloons and kept them busy with pens and paper. I have to admit I was a little embarassed that I encountered an emotional break down at the end of the evening when signing the contracts. This was the third dealership I was at in a week. So when he was explaining the extras I felt it was a ploy to get more money from me, although it is required in his job to do so. He was very understanding and did not pressure me at all. He wanted to ensure I understood what I was signing up for and what I was passing on. Again, no pressure like other car lots. Everyone had been employed there for many years. This shows they enjoy their job and they work for a good reputable company who stands behind their promises. Car buying has never been a pleasant experience for me but this place has professional, honest, reliable people. Thank you everyone for a pleasant car buying experience! More

Vlad Sokolov was our salesman and he made the whole experience wonderful. Mario Harris was our finance manager and he made the paperwork process seem so quick and easy. I took my car to "Friendly" Ford for a serious fault in my Hybrid system as an out-of-town visitor so I really didn't have a chance to do any homework on the options. My mistake. While the dealership had nothing to do with causing the issue their handling of it was simply ridiculous. It's nothing new for a dealership to charge more than independent shops but it is new [to me] to try and charge twice the price. It's as if they're oblivious to the invention of Google and the 30 seconds it took to find other bids and experiences with the repair. And then there's the customer service... I probably came across as an overbearing customer but not a single promise of a returned call happened, not a single deadline set by them [I was in no rush] was met, my service adviser never once answered his phone, and my repair started a day after it was suppose to be done... They just don't get it. Finally and perhaps most important to me is the role a dealership should play. While they wear the big logo yet claim to be local, superior to other options and part of that should be advocating for their customers. My issue was far too common to not be covered under warranty yet I was the one to think to reach out to Ford Corporate, a single call which saved me 80%. It was an obvious move but not even remotely on their radar. I left two stars because I'm writing this from home with a car that, thus far, drives. And that counts for something. More
They don't get the repairs done in a timely matter. And could care less if you are without a car that you are making payments on for over a month and can't drive! Even though the delay in ordering the part could care less if you are without a car that you are making payments on for over a month and can't drive! Even though the delay in ordering the parts are there fault they wont even offer a loaner car to you. But they do find the parts when you get a lawyer though !Please Don't use this auto shop if you really need your ford repaired in a timely matter,unless you like being without a car for amonth and then some! More
