My son is in the Air Force and his 11 year old Escape died as he was moving to his next station and Nellis AFB outside of Las Vegas. I flew out west from Michigan to meet him in New Mexico and drive him to his destination and go along with him to purchase another vehicle. We searched the internet for Ford Dealerships near the Air Force Base and called ahead to see if they had any used SUV's in stock for sale. We intended to buy a used car for around $10,000 but soon realized that a new car was the better route to go to get a vehicle with under 50,000 miles on it. We initially were helped by a young man (I can't remember his name but he is from Liberia) who helped us look at used cars and let my son test drive a couple different options. When we decided to go the new car route is when the whole experience went downhill. That is when Al Turkish came out and took over the sale and I feel chased away the friendly salesman we were originally dealing with. From that time on we were held hostage in that place. We had time constraints, and by the time I realized I should have walked away from this person, it was getting to be close to 3pm. Oh by the way we drove into the dealership at 10:45 am. He was rude and wouldn't even let us drive another vehicle. When asked if there was a computer or somewhere he could look up the other vehicles on the lot (new or used) with the options and mileage and to compare the prices, he said that kind of stuff wasn't in the computer for the used cars. Why did the internet representative know by looking in their computer that they had 19 vehicles that fit that description but "AL" did not once use a computer. I had to ask several times to get the stats and prices on a print out of some kind to know exactly what we would be financing. He came back with different pieces of paper with finance plans.. each trip to the money man taking at least 15 to 20 minutes. All the while, my sone and I had not even eaten at all that day and expressed this fact to Al and several other people including a manager. They offered us a 6 oz. bottle of water and proceeded to prolong our stay more and more. After I started to get very impatient and told hem to bring us the paper with the A-Plan price of the vehicle and the breakdown of all the other charges involved he finally expressed his disdain an brought it to me. Next I was arranging the insurance on the car over the phone and the agent asked the address and zip code of the lender. Mr. Turkish said "well it's Ford Motor Credit". The insurance agent asked me on the phone again to ask for the city & zip code. Mr. Turkish proceeded to say, more than once and very loudly "What is she stupid or something?" I not only had to keep asking til I got an answer from him, I also had to apologize to my insurance agent for his behavior. This hostage experience was the worst day of my life. My husband and I have bought three new cars in the past 3 years so I knew this was not how my son's experience of buying his first car should be. It should have been exciting and anticipated. Instead it was long, drawn out, stressful and miserable. I felt very bad for my son and mad at myself for putting up with such a obvious manipulative sales person. More

Our 17 year old car broke down and we took it in to Friendly Ford. They were booked for the day, but Michelle went above and beyond and told us to come bring it in and ask for Paul Deems. Paul was very helpful in letting us know what was wrong with it. It needed a new engine, so we decided to buy a new car. We decided to keep it on site and trade it in, shop at Friendly Ford for a new car as a co-worker highly recommended us to see Taylor Warf to help us with our car buying experience. He was really helpful and made the experience better than we thought it would be. He was very helpful in helping us make a decision in which model vehicle we wanted since we both liked the Edge and Explorer, to which we picked the Explorer. He was very knowledgable about the differences of each model and their features. He also answered many of our questions and we will definitely seek Taylor's help the next time we buy a car. More
First, I would like to mention our amazing car salesmen, David Boehle. He was straight forward, honest, informative, and so friendly. We truly felt like we were buying our car from a friend. If you're going to buy a car from this dealership, I'm sure there are many great people to go through, but if you have the opportunity to request a salesperson, ask for David Boehle. Now, the dealership was clean, open, had many options, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly. Everyone said hello with a smile on their faces. We had some last minute issues with our financial institution sending the wrong paperwork, and the dealership worked with us and were patient until we were able to give them the proper paperwork a few days later. We had a very negative experience with a dealership in Henderson a few years ago, so we were skeptical when we first arrived to buy another car in Southern Nevada. I would absolutely recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a car in Southern Nevada. The car we bought was priced moderately and not too far above KBB value. The informed us of all of our options, such as extended warranties, alarm systems, low jack, and financing options through them (before we told them we had other financing in place) - all of this with absolutely no pressure from the sales staff. The finance department was fast and friendly, too. Thank you, David Boehle and the rest of the Friendly Ford Staff. You truly are a friendly and honest company. More

Very pleasant experience from the time we walked through the door of the showroom until we drove a new Ford Edge off the lot. Sal Ortiz was patient and helped us understand the benefits of leasing verses bu the door of the showroom until we drove a new Ford Edge off the lot. He also spent nearly an hour showing us how to operate the Sync applications. We are repeat customers of Friendly Ford and very pleased with all of our visits. I was doing it on my own for the first time and based on past experience I was untrusting of car salesmen; actually I did not like them what so ever. However, when I meet Mr. Don Fiscus, everything I thought about car salesmen was proven wrong. He answered all my questions, he went above and beyond, he was patience, kind and considerate, he took me thru every car I wanted to see without pressuring me or making me feel uncomfortable in any way. He took into consideration my Asperger’s and those needs, making sure the car I bought fit my unique needs. But he managed to do this in a seamless and caring manner. He is a wonderful salesman, and a superb person. I was so impressed with Don; he is hands down the most fantastic salesperson any company has. I tend to be indecisive, unfocused and impatience, but with his attitude and assistance, I am still happy with my new purchase, he found me the ideal little car, even the perfect color, it looks like a frog, and fits me flawlessly. His after purchase follow up was surprising and thoughtful, so if he can sell a car to me, and keep me happy with my decision, he deserves a metal. I have and will continue to suggest to every person I meet, that they go to Don to buy a car.
