They called me right back and said they had a truck which was pretty close to what I wanted. My wife and I drove there and the truck was parked ready for us to look at. We drove it around the block and decided we would take it It was not what I specified on the Internet, but was actually better and saved me some money; The salesperson, Alberto Meraz what extremely helpful and polite. He took care of everything. He made purchasing the truck a delightful experience. John Sergent in Finance had all the paperwork in order, made several positive suggestions which we took advantage of, he had us done in a very short amount of time. When we got done with the paperwork, Beto had the truck outside washed and cleaned up, full of gas ready for us to take it home. We felt it was important to do business with a local dealership and this one is only a few miles from home and we know of Friendly Ford's reputation. It was place we thought of when we decided to buy a Ford truck. We honestly had NO plans to purchase a truck, we were just looking, but they made the experience and offer so good, we brought it home. We are extremely pleased with it. More
