Battery failure handled with a caring manner We went for a meal out and returned to our 2017 Ford Explorer and the battery was dead. No warning. Called Ford dealership and given tel to customer We went for a meal out and returned to our 2017 Ford Explorer and the battery was dead. No warning. Called Ford dealership and given tel to customer care. We called and a tow truck was sent out. Dead battery was replaced at the dealership quickly.
