Service at your Friendly Ford location has been the best! The waiting area was clean and quite. I was notified by email and called up to payment desk when my documents of service was ready. It would be so much better if you provided some type of Military Discount was offered. I have been getting my SUV serviced with Friendly Ford since December of 2015. From February 2017 until July 2017 it was serviced by another dealer closer to my home and the service was not as good. So I took my business back to Friendly Ford. More

No Better Place to Buy a New Vehicle Best overall shopping and buying adventure that I've ever had. I have also had excellent experiences at other dealers, but this one is still the best Best overall shopping and buying adventure that I've ever had. I have also had excellent experiences at other dealers, but this one is still the best. Every level of the entire routine was superior from shopping, internet interactions, sales negotiations, trade-in processes, financing and final delivery. Plus, they seemed to have a sense of trust in me as a buyer that is rare in today's car buying market and it showed in how they handled my trade-in. I was an out-of-state buyer and they had no way of knowing what a good trade-in car they were getting and took a chance on me anyway. Raphael DeLeon, my sales person, and Tyler Wade, my internet liaison, were always helpful without being pushy and both were also outstanding at overcoming the types of obstacles that can occur for out-of-state purchases with a trade-in. Plus, the hardest part of the process to make painless, the financing, was truly a breath of fresh air. My Finance Manager, John Sergent, was fast, efficient and always looking out for the customer. He was able to beat my bank financing rate at better terms and was an expert in out-of-state purchases even in cases, like mine, where the customer takes direct responsibility for the resident state's tax, title and fee requirements. If there was a six star rating, this place would get it. Thank you all! More
Appropriate name for the Dealership! Wow! Was in town visiting for a couple of days (tourist!) and having just driven my brand new 2018 Escape across Route 66, I was wanting some "ser Wow! I called and they said; "Sure! Bring him in!" The next morning I arrived bright and early, was given a coffee and my Escape was ready in no time at all! Mark Royer could not have represented that dealership in a better manner! Very professional and yet very personal! Again, the most appropriate name for this Dealership! Friendly Ford! More
