The service department was quick and helpful with getting me in and out in a timely fashion! I went in for an oil change and ended up looking around the lot to kill time. I wanted to test drive an F-150 so I went inside and Kevin Speakman was there to help me out! He was friendly and could answer the questions I had about it. We had drove down to the park where she showed me around the vehicle, the man really knows how to work his hands! needless to say I went back to the dealership and came home with a brand new 2018 F-150 STX!! I couldn't be happier with the staff at Friendly Ford! More

FREINDLY UNSCHEDULED SERVICE Drove in at 0730 with no appointment, was immediately met by Joe Sparks one of the service advisors. I told him I had a low tire pressure alert, without hesitation he had one of the Valets, Dustin, drive the car around to check and add N2 to the tires and check it out. Dustin came back within minutes and reported a screw in the back passenger tire. Joe explained it would be about 2 hours and cost around $30 to fix it, I agreed and waited for the car. it was about 1 1/2 hours and I was out of there. Good job and so friendly. I was pleasantly surprised how well they treated an out of town customer, we were traveling from NC. More
