Over the years I have dealt with only a few of the sales folks because I like consistency and how the folks I dealt with treated me, so I always asked for them when coming in for repeat business. When any of my salespersons was leaving employment with Friendly Ford, they always introduced me to someone else who they said would take good care of me in their absence and it was always true. I have always left feeling like I was listened to and got the deal that I was after and believe me, I can drive a hard bargain.
