I don't like being forced to acknowledge good service people doing a good job, only if I write a review for you. My advice for you is the following: Stop making people feel like they owe you something. My responses are given freely. Not because someone decided that I will not be allowed to submit my survey response until I comply with their demand. Don't do that. It makes people upset. Thank you. More

Several years ago we went to a different dealership because it's closer to where we live. We changed back to Friendly Ford because we were dissatisfied with customer service and the way we were treated at the other dealership.
