She referred me to Joe Sparks to set up a service appointment. I cannot begin to express how welcoming, patient and through Mr. Sparks was. My vehicles are older models, but he treated them as if they were just off your showroom floor. The continued updating, the attention to detail as well as the down to earth kindness he showed were just incredible! The trucks were done when promised, and they both made sure everything was satisfactory. Between those two- I can safely say you've won back a customer! Friendly and helpful Jesus immediately made me feel at ease when I pulled up to the service booth. I didn’t have anyone come up and want to add additional services or items on and felt zero high pressure sales. Jesus told me the cost up front and explained the battery warranty policy at Friendly Ford (and all Ford places). He also gave me a time estimate (which was exactly on the dot). Because of Jesus’ excellent customer service, I will be returning to Friendly Ford. More
