My overall experience at Friendly Ford of Las Vegas was terrible from start to finish. Starting off with the extremely terrible customer service, there was no following up/ getting back to me with any of m terrible from start to finish. Specifically speaking of employees named Josephine, Issac, Beverly and Jason. Also sales representative were false positioning themselves as a higher position when asked to speak to the manager. I put down a deposit on a new truck and was contacted when it came in. I went down to purchase it and they added over $1200.00 of dealer pack on items like vin# eching and worthless interior and ex when it came in. When I stated that i do not want or need the those products they said I had to buy them or no deal . I wanted to buy the truck but not the products that are no use to me. I repeated that I did not want them would not agree to the price goughing add ons. I asked if that was being forced on me i would not agree to the purchase. Beware of the price goughing tactics at this dealer ship. More
Don't trust these folks at all. They claimed to have a 2021 F-150 available for $64,000 and then, after finding out that they would OWE me money based on what I was trading in, they suddenly told me that 2021 F-150 available for $64,000 and then, after finding out that they would OWE me money based on what I was trading in, they suddenly told me that F-150 had been sold in-house as a service loaner car and tried to get me to buy a hugely overpriced F-150 for $1,000 over MSRP. BEWARE THEY WILL SCAM YOU. Do not go here. Ed Greene and George Handal (Manager) are inconsiderate, incompetent, and discourteous. They tried to charge me over $200 for a diagnostic test that was never done and when I asked to see the notes that the technician had on the diagnostic test, they told me that they didn't have them and that the technician had never completed them. They then tried to stop me from towing my car out of the lot and to another mechanic shop. They tried to tell me my transmission needed to be replaced and said it would cost over $7000 to fix it. They then offered me less than $1000 for my perfectly good 2016 Ford Escape and I even got a call from the manager stating that his guys had never even looked at the car and offered me a garbage deal. The manager was still unwilling to work with me. I will never buy from here. Also, It will take you about seven tries to call the service department because either no one will pick up or they will keep sending you to a guy that is out that day even though you specifically ask them to send you to someone who is actually in the shop that day. They will scam you out of every penny you have. Do NOT go here. More

They advertised 0.00 financing but could not deliver on that promise they waited for 2 weeks to tell me they could not do that promised contract .then thy took trade in and did not give promised trade valu that promise they waited for 2 weeks to tell me they could not do that promised contract .then thy took trade in and did not give promised trade value paid for used truck probably have to there grand son per employee would have kept trade in if I could have interpreted contract where they rolled 16 000.00 into new loan where they said would be paid off not cool More
They are the absolute best when it comes to custom service. Friendly Ford will move mountains to have your vehicle in top shape. We happen to stop in with our 2 little boys in tow & Sheldon was able to not only navigate selling us our new F-150 but managed to keep our kids entertained as well. Although, this truck was purchased for my husband it was me who mainly got to deal with Sheldon. I would highly recommend him to anybody that is out there looking to buy a new Ford vehicle. He was great and as I said previously he made our experience very easy. I would also like to give a shout out to Aram in finance he was very personable and was able to listen to our needs to make sure we got the proper warranty package that we needed.
