Vehiche brought in for repairs Upon arrival I was assisted by service writer Eleazar Cardenas. He was very helpful with not only arraigning my vehicle repairs, but he also assisted Upon arrival I was assisted by service writer Eleazar Cardenas. He was very helpful with not only arraigning my vehicle repairs, but he also assisted us with obtaining a rental car. Good employee. However when I picked my vehicle up after the repairs were complete, I was given a vehicle report card for my vehicle. After seeing that everything had been checked off ok, I departed the facility and headed home. After pulling out of the service area, my low tire pressure light came on indicating that I had a low tire on my vehicle. I was disappointed by that after just seeing my vehicle report card indicating that my tires were at the very least checked out. I have to admit this incident does cast a shadow on my trust for the service department and their report cards. More

I was very fortunate to meet Stephan Meyers as I came into Friendly Ford on a busy pre-holiday Saturday morning. Stephan listened to my wants regarding type of vehicle and financials. Stephan was extremely knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and very professional explaining everything. We took a test drive and picked up my Dad before returning to the dealership. Stephan didn’t play games or waste time, which I really appreciated. We were able to finalize the purchase quickly and I drove home with my new Escape Sel. Stephan made me feel as if he was my Friend, making sure everything was just right. I was there quite a while but Stephan didn’t make it feel that way. This was the second vehicle I’ve purchased from your dealership. I will definitely recommend Stephan and Friendly Ford to anyone interested in a vehicle. More

I Left Happy Was greeted at the door by a personable associate. Work to be done was explained. Preapprovsl was presented as a choice. Service Advisor experience Here on vacation from Utah. The DEF warning light came on our F250 so I filled up the DEF tank but after 1.5 gallons the tank was full but the warning Here on vacation from Utah. Service Advisor Tod Donner was extremely helpful in exposing that sometimes the light may need time to reset. Great advice that worked. Thank you Tod !!!! More
