My experience with Friendly Ford..........It was great!!!! Shopping for a new car can be a nightmare! Roy Desarmier took the problem out of that. My wife and I went shopping for a car only because my 2006 Shopping for a new car can be a nightmare! Roy Desarmier took the problem out of that. My wife and I went shopping for a car only because my 2006 Ford Explorer, that only had 43,000 miles on it, was to hard for my wife of 60 years to get into it. Even after having the running boards lowered three inches. We settled on a 2018 Ford Edge Titanium, xxxx we just love it. Roy has gone over the computerized dash system at least a dozen times for me. Being an old man, I don't learn to fast. More

Tod Donner...in service! I noticed a shimmie in the tires, everyone told at 500 miles I could get them balanced, Tod replaced my tires with only 300 miles on them. Great service person.

Nothing but a run around Dealer plate expired no way to register. Nothing but a run around.
